Janet B. Reid, Ph.D. is Global Novations' Managing Partner for Global Solutions. She was a co-founder and principal partner of Global Lead. Prior to starting her own business, Janet spent ten years with The Procter & Gamble Company, where she acquired a broad range of experience in research and product development, packaging, manufacturing, sales, advertising, and human resources management.
She has been a consultant to Boards of Directors, CEOs, Presidents, senior, middle, and entry-level corporate managers, non-management staff, government leaders, and union personnel. Throughout her 17-year career, Janet has been a leader in developing successful diversity skills and awareness programs and teaching the benefits of effectively managing a diverse work force to clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
Janet serves on the boards of numerous local business and civic organizations including: Catholic Health Partners; Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Cincinnati Branch; The Ohio State University; Xavier University of Cincinnati; and United Way of Greater Cincinnati. She is also a member of African-American CEO Roundtable and The LINKS, Cincinnati Branch. |
