Five years ago, American Greetings took the first step on its diversity and inclusion journey. They knew that a key to the program's success would be to build a business case for it, but when the project rolled out as more of a compliance and diversity training course, they recognized the need for an expanded vision, a stronger business case, and better integration with senior management. Partnering with Global Novations, American Greetings kicked off the second phase of their journey with a larger vision and a refined charter to integrate inclusive practices throughout the organization.
