Sustaining the ROI of Diversity and Inclusion Training Solutions
Many organizations are interested in moving beyond diversity compliance and closer to establishing a truly inclusive culture that promotes high contribution and engagement from all employees.

Although Diversity and Inclusion training solutions typically earn high marks from participants and generate enthusiasm, Global Novations' post-training surveys often show that while employees feel they have individually benefitted from the training solutions, they feel less confident that their organization's culture can support the changes needed to cultivate a more inclusive workforce.

Regardless of the training sponsor - the CDO, HR, or functional areas - the organization cannot fully leverage its development investment without a strategy that includes top-level support, policy and process changes and a cultural shift that cascades throughout the organization. There are companies who have done this well and are reaping the benefits in ways that positively impact engagement, contribution and top-line and bottom line results.

In the 60 minute session, Global Novations Partner, Gerry Lupacchino, and Sharon Simmons, Pershing LLC Managing Director of Human
Resources, discussed how to build and sustain the return on investment for diversity and inclusion training solutions.

Highlights were shared from the successful work at Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon, as well as the recent research on best practices from many Global Novations' clients.
