Vincent Brown, Managing Partner, Innovation & Market Optimization, and John Watkins, Director of Interactive Solutions, will present a product showcase: Experience the World of Makrini (Session #T24EXD) on May 24 from 1:45-3:00pm.

Abstract:Makrini™ is an "out of this world" immersivelearning gaming simulation. Learners are new employees at theMakriniSpace Station who encounter realistic workplace challenges with coworkers of different species. They discover how their ability to recognize diversity dimensions, establish commonalities, and use inclusive behaviors impacts business success.

  

Event Recap: Linkage Leading Diversity Summit

Global Novations recently attended the 2011 Linkage Leading Diversity Summit where we led an efficacy workshop; presented a case study session with A.T.Kearney on global diversity and inclusion; presented a Makriniproduct simulation experience; led Learning Teams; exhibited; and hosted a client reception.

Fire 20/20 and Diversity & Inclusion

FIRE 20/20 is anon-profit organization that offers workshops, customized services,research, and videos to support Fire/EMS departments in recruiting andretaining a new generation of qualified, diverse, inclusive andsafety-conscious firefighters.

Fire 20/20 recently used Global Novations' HonoringDifferences Diversity Calendar as a training tool at its nine Recruiting& Retaining Diversity in the Fire Service workshops , which trained 81 fire departments and 1 fire academy in Tacoma, Denver, Davis, Tempe, Dallas, Orlando, Richmond, Columbus and Milwaukee.
