Four Stages Research - Asia In support of the recently completed Four Stages® of Contribution Asia research, Global Novations' Paul Terry, Vice President - Global Partnerships, spent three weeks visiting seven locations throughout Asia to discuss the findings. Hosted by Global Novations' strategic partner, Right Management, Paul Terry presented findings to business leaders in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Unlike North America, the Asian economy has remained strong and these audiences appreciated insight into how gender, ethnicity, tenure, and generation shape the workplace and how those differences can impact their retention and engagement strategies. Bette Hickey, Manager of Global Partnerships for Global Novations said: "It is exciting to see our Four Stages research move around the globe. The additional data should help open new opportunities in Asia both with our multi-national clients doing business in there as well as with our Asian partners and their clients."
