Novations and Global Lead have Combined Forces

We've got big news! We're pleased to announce that Novations Group, Inc. and Global Lead, LLC have joined forces to create GLOBAL NOVATIONS.

MEET GLOBAL NOVATIONS
From our HQ in Boston, MA and offices in Cincinnati, OH and via worldwide partners, our new firm is poised to leverage our collective thought leadership and technology expertise to offer end-to-end solutions on a truly global scale.

Our expanded services will include benchmarking, strategic leadership consulting, enterprise-level training (traditional, online, and blended), and measurement solutions designed to increase the productivity of organizations worldwide. 

Clients and partners will benefit from an expanded group of seasoned subject matter experts, robust technology platforms, and expanded worldwide presence.  

LEADERSHIP
Oris Stuart, CEO and Managing Partner of Global Lead, will serve as CEO of the new organization. Novations' CEO and President Mike Hyter will serve as Global Novations' President and Managing Partner as well as on the firm's Board of Directors, leading integration efforts and consulting with clients to address their evolving business needs.

In production now, the new book consolidates the 2007-2009 research into a single volume, with a new introduction on its applicability to today's workforce. It relays information and insights on ethnicity, gender, age, and hierarchy in today's workforce, gathered from surveying over 1,700 individuals over a two-year period. While the research itself continues, this accessible and fascinating snapshot will be valuable to anyone who manages people.
