Our expanded services will include benchmarking, strategic leadership consulting, enterprise-level training (traditional, online, and blended), and measurement solutions designed to increase the productivity of organizations worldwide. Oris Stuart, CEO and Managing Partner of Global Lead, will serve as CEO of the new organization. Novations' CEO and President Mike Hyter will serve as Global Novations' President and Managing Partner as well as on the firm's Board of Directors, leading integration efforts and consulting with clients to address their evolving business needs.
