As Chief Administrative Officer for Global Novations, Dawn Frazier-Bohnert has multifunctional responsibilities for Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Facilities Administration. Previously, Ms. Frazier-Bohnert oversaw Novations Group, Inc.'s human capital strategy as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.
Prior to joining Novations Group, Ms. Frazier-Bohnert was Vice President, Global Workforce Diversity, at The Gillette Company, where she was responsible for developing and leading the company's Diversity Strategic Plan—strategies and initiatives that focused on Employee Development, Recruitment, Retention/Work Environment, and Supplier Diversity.
Ms. Frazier-Bohnert was a member of the Global Gillette and P&G HR Integration Team, and partnered with P&G's Global VP of Diversity. She was responsible for the acquisition's cultural integration, retained demographics, and shared inclusion practices.
Corporate integrations have been a big part of Ms. Frazier-Bohnert's career. Holding leadership positions at Lotus Development, IBM, Fidelity Investments, Millennium Pharmaceuticals as well as The Gillette Company deepened her experience of cultural integration. With over 25 years of Human Resources and Leadership Management experience, Ms. Frazier-Bohnert continues to be inspired to create dynamic business climates where people and ideas thrive.
Ms. Frazier-Bohnert served as a member of the Board for the Black Achievers Branch, YMCA of Greater Boston and has been a Big Sister since 1994. She has B.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and attended Mount Holyoke College.
