The Vectors Theory

Removing Barriers to Engagement, Productivity, and Advancement
In every workplace there are invisible forces that can have a negative impact on the success and engagement of employees, based not on their skills and abilities, but on how similar or different they are from the profile of success and organizational norms.

These forces are called Vectors™.

The Vectors solutions are designed to create actionable strategies to remove or reduce forces that hinder the engagement, productivity and advancement of employees.

Vectors participants emerge with:
• Problem-solving framework and methodology that supports and benefits all
• Actionable strategies to increase productivity, performance and the development/advancement of employees
• Clear identification of even subtle behaviors that create barriers
• A guide and checklist to facilitate productive, candid Vector Conversations™ whereby the employee and manager create a shared responsibility in reducing the impact of negative Vectors
