H3 Leadership Assessment

The H3™ Leadership Assessment is a framework for individuals to measure and grow their personal diversity and inclusion leadership potential. This quantitative self-assessment of personal diversity and inclusion leadership identifies employee perceptions relevant to diversity and inclusion, and provides participants with a self-scored profile of their diversity and inclusion leadership effectiveness.

Components of the H3™ Leadership Assessment

Diversity & Inclusion Overall Assessment: The H3™ Leadership Assessment is a tool that fosters growth of organizational leaders by assessing and improving one's diversity understanding and visionary thinking (head), diversity commitment and inspiring trusting relationships (heart), and diversity accountability and driving execution (hands).

Diversity & Inclusion Dimension-Specific Assessments: Global Novations also offers several H3™ Leadership Assessments that focus on specific diversity dimensions. These tools are meant to take a deeper dive into individuals' diversity and inclusion effectiveness with regard to a specific dimension of diversity. These additional H3™ Leadership Assessments include: Disabilities, Religion, Generations, and Sexual Orientation.

Self-Scored Report: Each H3™ Leadership Assessment allows individuals to self-score their effectiveness in each category: Head, Heart, and Hands. It also allows individuals to score themselves in relation to each of the sub-categories of understanding, visionary thinking, commitment, inspiring trusting relationships, accountability, and driving execution to analyze their own strengths and opportunities.
