Delivery Options/Program length Instructor-led classroom training:
- Two, two-day programs delivered approximately one month apart
Licensing/trainer development Program licensing is available. Trainer development is supported by Global Novations' Train-the-Trainer certification process.
Learning methodologies Facilitated classroom session with discussions, self-reflection modules, role-plays, practice exercises, and feedback.
