Transcending Generational Differences
Today's workforce has a broader age range, representing more generations, than ever before. Businesses and organizations are facing the new challenge of how to engage their diverse workforce in a manner that promotes productivity and collaboration between workers of all generations.

Global Novations has developed a new program to meet this challenge, and we've made it available in both classroom and web-based formats. Aligned with the Four Stages of Contribution model and designed to help all employees transcend generational stereotypes, Collaborating Across Generations examines generational differences and focuses on creating a workplace environment in which collaboration is natural and rewarding.
