Appreciating Differences® is a one-day interactive program that helps managers and employees across all functions and levels leverage diversity in order to make this happen.

Participants will learn to:
  • Explore their own attitudes toward differences
  • Identify the behaviors that support an environment where employees can work to their full potential
  • Become a diversity change agent to increase the organization's competitive advantage
  • Recognize that diversity extends beyond age, ethnicity, and gender, to include attributes such as work style, family status and more
  • Understand that tolerance is not the goal—appreciating differences is necessary in order to achieve an engaged and highly functioning workforce
