Thanks to the 200+ organizations who participated in this poll. Notable findings include:- 53% of respondents indicated that employee engagement has been negatively impacted by the economic conditions of the past 24 months
- Addressing skill gaps for critical roles (57%) and building an internal pipeline of leaders (55%) topped the list of Talent Management priorities
- Over 50% plan on spending more $ on Blended training solutions over the next 12 months than previous years.
