Four Stages® of Contribution Research
Global Novations developed the Four Stages® of Contribution research project to measure the current realities of employee development and contribution. Collected with the partnership of several leading organizations in the U.S., the results include information on the contribution and development of over 2,000 managers and direct reports. Data was collected from 2007-2011.

Employee contribution was measured using the Four Stages of Contribution model. The findings of the research were explored through the lens of today's critical talent development issues and touch on manager and individual contributor beliefs and behaviors across the world.
