|  | | Vincent R. Brown is Global Novations' Managing Partner for Innovation & Market Optimization. A co-founder and principal partner of Global Lead, he has contributed twenty-seven years of consulting experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion, team-building, leadership development, strategic planning and executive coaching. He also leads the organization's marketing and sales initiative and new product development.
Vincent consults with Fortune 500 clients in a variety of sectors including: retail, financial services, telecommunications, media, and pharma/healthcare. Additional expertise includes diversity awareness training, recruiting/retention programs, and employee networks/affinity groups. Vincent and Dr. Janet B. Reid, co-authored the book: The Phoenix Principles: Leveraging Inclusion to Transform Your Company, which was was released in March of 2006. He has written several workbooks, including Diversity Councils that Work®, and Mentorship 2, and is the creator of several team building and leadership simulations. He led the design and development of two of Global Lead signature products: Global Beads® and We Connect™.
Prior to joining Global Lead, Vincent served as a branch manager and human resource executive at Household International. He was also lead consultant and interim director of the Ohio Commission on African American Males and a senior consultant to the Ohio Minority Business Development Division. |
