She was formerly a consultant with an international top four management consulting firm and has 10 years executive experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of culture change, leadership, Hi potential development, diversity strategy development, implementation, process re-engineering, systems implementation, performance management, training design and development, project management and operations management. She has special expertise in inclusion strategy creation, organizational change management and metrics. She has an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. |
