Oris Stuart is the CEO and Managing Partner of Global Novations, an international management consulting firm specializing in leadership development, talent management, and market expansion. Global Novations is headquartered in Boston, MA, USA and has operations in 20 countries. Global Novations was formed by the merger of Global Lead Management Consulting and Novations Group. Recognized as a skilled leader, creative strategist and dynamic and effective facilitator, Mr. Stuart is an organizational, strategic and technology consulting veteran who has helped lead the formation of Global Novations into one of the world's leading talent management organizations.
Hired as Chief Operating Officer for Global Lead in 2001, he led the expansion of the firm's consulting and e-learning platforms. Since then he has helped board members, chief executives and senior leaders address a wide range of global talent, diversity and inclusion challenges. Mr. Stuart's industry experience includes work with financial services, utility, quick service restaurant, retail, professional services, and healthcare organizations.
In 2006, Mr. Stuart's efforts led to an equity investment in the firm by Goldman Sachs. He subsequently led the company's efforts to acquire Simmons Associates, Inc., a 20-year-old global consulting firm, and merge with Novations Group, Inc., a 30 year-old global training organization. The firm has grown tenfold during his nine year tenure.
Prior to joining Global Novations, Mr. Stuart had a distinguished career as a senior business manager, strategy consultant, and technology leader for such organizations as Wingspan Technology, Providian Direct Insurance, and Deloitte Touche.
Mr. Stuart graduated from University of Virginia with an electrical engineering degree and holds an MBA degree from Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar and National Black MBA Scholarship recipient. He currently serves on the Board of Global Novations, LLC and Spring School of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. He is a past Board Member of Ridley Scholarship Fund of University of Virginia.
