Naomi Sutherland is a Partner, Solutions Development for Global Novations. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the project management, implementation and service deliverables to our clients. Naomi is also a member of the Operation Committee. This appointment is strategic to the direction and management of all operations. In addition to her role as a member of our senior leadership team, she has additional responsibility for key client relationships.
She joined Novations Group's Diversity & Inclusion Practice (formerly J. Howard & Associates) in 1987. She has extensive experience in organizational development, instructional design, and project leadership, and often partners with other executives and account managers on special projects involving Fortune 500 clients.
Since 1995, Ms. Sutherland's experience has included the delivery and analysis of needs assessments, client support directed towards diversity and talent management initiatives, and implementation activities to accomplish these objectives. She has managed project and account relationships with U.S. Cellular, Kraft Foods, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Pfizer. She is particularly skillful at managing the many aspects of large-scale diversity initiatives and ensuring they serve the desired objectives.
