The workshop is titled: Expanding Your Degree of Influence and Impact at All Career Levels.

Session abstract: Leadership requires the ability to manage key relationships, expand your sphere of influence and improve your ability to help others develop and grow. This session will focus on:

  • What the research is saying about what is required to influence and create impact

  • Strategies for advancing relational skills and engaging support to push your ideas forward

  • Tactics to help grow your influence and improve your confidence when delegating and making high-level decisions
